Transfer Station - Licensed Operator
- EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
A Transfer Station Licensed Operator must possess a High School Diploma/ GED with an understanding of basic math skills, basic computer skills, and a cash register. Ability to obtain Class A Solid Waste License within 6 months of employment. - OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
The Transfer Station Licensed Operator should possess the ability to operate heavy machinery and have a current Drivers Licenses. Must possess strong communication skills and multitasking abilities.

Road Dept. - Equipment Operator 1
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities included are not intended to be all – inclusive, other responsibilities and duties performed that are related, as assigned by Road Foreman as the need arises.
- Capabilities to drive a route truck, tractor, and/or bush hog.
- Performs routine maintenance on equipment used during the day, as needed. i.e., oil checks,
brakes fluids
May:
- Perform curb markings, striping operations, and /or other pavement markings as
required by Road Foreman. - Be required to work on road construction, brush crew, and pothole patching crew as
directed by the Road Foreman. - Do general maintenance around shop when directed by Road Foreman.
- Be willing to work at the Quarry when/if instructed.
Must:
- Attend all MSHA classes and updates.
- Understand and have the ability to follow all safety procedures.
- Be able to operate small equipment i.e., chain saws, pole saws, etc.
- Be able to work in the bucket, without being afraid of heights
